Early concept demo – not final design
Challenge
Multiple internal attempts existed for showcasing AI projects, but each was inconsistent and difficult to navigate. There was no central design system or standardized way to document challenges, outcomes, or contacts, making it hard for teams to find and reference relevant work.

Reflections
- Inconsistent visual language between internal and external sites
- No unified design system in place
- Lack of clear ownership for content updates and reviews
Next Steps
- Conduct usability testing across internal teams
- Refine UI alignment with Guidehouse branding
- Prepare the platform for development handoff
