About Me

I am a product designer working across AI, enterprise products, and complex workflows. My background spans architecture, engineering, construction, consulting, and UX, which allows me to approach design with structure, realism, and a strong understanding of constraints.
I have worked in client-facing environments where requirements evolve, priorities compete, and clarity needs to be built along the way. I focus on thoughtful execution, clear communication, and design work that supports real delivery.
Career
Background and Path
I began my career in architecture and engineering, then moved into construction management and program roles that combined design coordination, budgeting, delivery, and stakeholder alignment at scale.
Before moving fully into product design, I spent over three years in consulting roles at CBRE, supporting large enterprise clients including Microsoft and Kaiser Permanente. This work was highly client-facing and delivery-driven, requiring close coordination across large stakeholder groups in complex and regulated environments.
That mix of design, engineering, cost, and delivery shaped how I think about products and workflows. UX became the discipline that brought those experiences together and eventually became my primary focus.
Experience
UX Experience
My UX practice began at Tesla, where I worked on internal applications, dashboards, and workflow tools in close collaboration with engineering, data, and operations teams.
At Guidehouse, UX is my primary role. I work in a consulting environment on AI-powered and enterprise products, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams across healthcare, defense and security, financial services, and corporate platforms.
My work spans research, interaction design, and delivery across complex workflows, often adapting to changing requirements, timelines, and constraints.
Approach
How I Work
I am comfortable working through ambiguity and limited direction, especially in fast-moving consulting and product environments.
I focus on:
I value practical design, thoughtful tradeoffs, and work that holds up beyond the first release.

How I Design
Process
A Lean UX approach that validates early and designs within real constraints.
1
Discover
Map the problem before proposing solutions. Stakeholder interviews, workflow walkthroughs, and analysis of existing systems reveal what's actually broken — and what needs to be preserved.
2
Define
Turn research into direction using affinity mapping, journey maps, and problem framing. Identify the friction that matters most: unclear processes, trust gaps, compliance constraints, or decision bottlenecks.
3
Develop
Explore solutions through user flows and iterative prototypes, moving from rough concepts to high-fidelity as the design proves itself. Ideas get tested before they get polished.
4
Deliver
Validate with users and stakeholders, iterate on what breaks, and ship designs that fit — technically, organisationally, and regulatorily. Integration is part of the design, not an afterthought.

Life Outside Design
Outside of Work
Outside of work, I spend time hiking, creating textile art through tufting, and exploring geometric patterns through painting. These practices help me stay grounded and reinforce how I think about structure, rhythm, and craft.
